Imagine driving to the end of your private cove and turning into your driveway that leads to your very own, private, lakefront property! Enjoy the private, landowners only lake from your very own dock! Fish for crappie, bass and catfish that are abundant in the lake. This area is highly sought after for the fishing rights alone! Enjoy the sunset and sunrise every day in peace and solitude. Imagine all of this at around $55 per square foot! A double wide, 3 bed/1 bath 1994 built manufactured home is yours via Bill of Sale in addition to the appx 12' x 20' storage building up front. The home needs some love and finishing work but could easily be your getaway property or forever home. With your yearly paid POA dues of $120 to Deer Run POA, you get access to the clubhouse and park area with it's own fishing dock and boat ramp! Schedule your showing ASAP before this one disappears!!!
